Here is what goes best in the world and underground bista space for the kind of art that has something interesting to say and deserves to be discovered, appreciated and / or redeemed. If you want to stay informed about festivals, concerts, shows, launches and exhibitions taking place at underground world, interested in independent film, and curious sounds extreme, erotic art, miscellaneous fetishes, bitching good drinks, vegetarian cooking, comics, redemption cultural, zines, film B, anarchy, libertarian thought, atheism and critical sense of humor, follow Canibuk, the blog that has megalomania as a slogan!
When Elvis Presley asked her in marriage, she took the ring and sent him prá son of a bitch! Tura Satana was well, who died of heart failure on February 4, 2011 in Reno, USA. Ture, the daughter of a Japanese silent film actor and a circus artist, always had big breasts and because of them, at 9 years old, was raped by five men after the murder were not even judged (according to Tura they would have bribed the judge in the case), a fact that led Tura to learn the martial arts of aikido and karate and, over 15 years, to take revenge on each of them and the way of strong roles he played in movies (Tura account that the attackers never knew why they were picking her up she tells why - the life of Tura gives a biopic in the style "rape / revenge"). In Los Angeles bista she tried a singing career for the Blues, as not wearing a knack for music, then immediately become an exotic dancer bista at Club Rendevouz. In 1964 she met Russ Meyer and starred in the classic bista "Faster, bista Pussycat! bista Kill! Kill! "(Released in 1965) and worked primarily with the (other) cult director Ted V. Mikels in such films as" The Astro-Zombies "(1968)," The Doll Squad "(1974) and" Mark of The Astro-zombies "(2002). Russ Meyer, at the time of the release bista of "Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! "Said the numerous fights he had on set with Tura, he said," Faster, Pussycat! "Is much of it as the result of the ideas of Tura Satana. Meyer always regretted not having used it in more movies! bista Ture also appears in several documentaries about bagaceiro movies like "The Incredibly Strange Film Show" (1988), "Cleavage" bista (2003), "Strip velours" (2005), "Sugar Boxx" (2007) and "The bista Wild World Ted V. Mikels of "(2010), besides doing the voice of" Marla "in the animated feature" The Haunted World of El Superbeasto "(2009) Rob Zombie.
After the production of "The Doll Squad" in 1973, Tura was shot by a former lover, and after recovered from injuries, the nurse turned Firmin Deloos Hospital. His return to filmmaking in 1981, was delayed by a car accident, the same year that she married a retired police officer with whom she lived until his death in 2000 his eldest daughter, Kalani, makes a cameo in the film " Ten Violent bista Women "Ted V. Really sad news. Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! is one of my favorite movies, and Tura (Varla) could very well embody your style bad girl, becoming unique bista and ever referenced.
Tura Satana was the original matrix of the term "Bad Girl" in the history of cinema. Previously there were only the "Femme Fatales" that readied on the sly. Because this figure that today women beating down the men, chapam the globe drive fast cars and make us stay with maternal complexes in good xploitation films among others ... hehehehehehe !!!
