When we are sent out from Hald, we travel all the team. It could be something totally amazing, challenging or just crap. Luckily for me, this experience has so far been very positive. During those eight weeks, I have experienced a lot, and team work has certainly been put to the test. I have experienced one that made me laugh when I got hit by a bus, been there when things were difficult, slept with me when I needed beatties it and never let me go through beatties anything beatties alone. My team partner is unique. Working in a team can lead to many challenges. We work together, see each other every day, writing a thesis together, have the same friends, and yet, we texts and chats every day. We are two very dif-ferently people, with different intentions and ways of doing things. beatties It may be easy to want to bring out their opinions and thoughts about things, but in retrospect think that what the others said, maybe it was not such a bad idea nevertheless. But it can also lead to things being done more efficiently and can give us a broader perspective. It's good to be a team in situations that require a combination of skills, abilities, experiences and judgments from several simultaneously. It's not just about what one can get, but what we can achieve together. If a miss - miss both. It does not mean to always agree, but how to solve komflikter, listen to each other, discuss openly, and have confidence in each other. Without mastering this in a constructive way, the team hardly very functional. It is also important to try and fail and learn from their mistakes. To break away from the old and familiar, and dare to experiment. As long as we have trust in each other, there is room for error. There is a process to work in a team, and there are always things that can be improved. When we accept the place on our Hald, teachers have already bestremt who our partner will be. Me and Anette had been interviewed by different people, so we clicked so well, exceeded all expectations. I am incredibly takknelig to work in a team with Anette, and she is a person I absoluttt can learn a lot from. I think a lot of the reason that system works so well is because we are constantly trying to align hear what the other has to say and be honest with each other. We still have a long way to go, but I would dare to say that we are certainly on the right track. She is both my partner, supporter and friend. She is the one who will understand everything when I talk about Brazil, how boring NMS story is, how beautiful little Matheus their eyes here, how dependent I am on salade de frutas, pushing me further back when we were waiting to go across the road, understand why I say "engangskamere moment", why I laugh every time someone says "Kenki fala?" Why I avoid saying okay "bus seat" in Norwegian, realize why I'm going to sing "Firme Nas Promesse", you know what I think before I have said it and using a tin can break out laughing with me. It is my team partner!
"An effective team is a small group of people with complementary skills who undertakes to common purpose, performance and measurable benefits, which have common views on cooperation for how this can be achieved and that assumes a mutual responsibility for this."
