Hats, unlike caps crocheted knits from the bottom edge - thus need to crank up the number of meshes

So I finally managed to figure out how to knit quite decently-looking cap on circular needles (but it will work on two classic). Last year I flirted with knitting caps, and I even bought grove city outlet a set of five needles on the skin. Unfortunately, however, grove city outlet I had a problem, how to start the correct circuit and eventually how to actually knit and when and how to proceed.
This year I was with the impending departure on maternity again fell on circular needles and tried so long to work succeeded - well, judge for yourself. It took me a total of three caps and ripping several varieties, but I probably understand how you calculate when to go and how I mesh hat crank.
Hats, unlike caps crocheted knits from the bottom edge - thus need to crank up the number of meshes, which can result in the desired head circumference - in my case 49 cm. The first hat I obviously missed and donned without difficulty husband (who has a head circumference min. 54 cm). I knitted from wool Merino (from VLNAP) and classical grove city outlet arithmetic I got the required number of stitches.
When knitting a given number must always add 2 edge of the eye that is always mistaken smoothly. They then serve as a fringe which eventually sewn. As seen Exploded dec, first you must make clear height cap. For head circumference of 49 cm is about 19 cm. Lem knit hat recommend at least 4 cm to look nice hat. Z Exploded shows that fashioning will be 10 series (assuming always only in a row that is knitted seamlessly, a total of 20 rows). From experience I know that about 3 series are 1 cm knit (valid only for Merino and 3.5 mm needles!). Fashioning grove city outlet thus comes to around 7 cm. Thus, the procedure will be as follows:
4 cm wrong hem (2 sts, 2 turnaround), 8 cm work freely (in my case 1 row, another turnaround grove city outlet ..) 7 cm will take its according Exploded. My tip: if you just knit seamlessly (which grove city outlet is the simplest option), then you assume in a row but only in another mistaken smoothly. Way to achieve grove city outlet the gradual fashioning which is regular and nice looks. Detail fashioning Stranding 2 mesh (smoothly) is Exploded marked grove city outlet in red. First, therefore, always weave the first 2 sts, then knit 18 sts, and then 2 sts mistake again. Behind them the next 2 sts mistake again, and then again 18 sts. At the end knits again intertwine just two recent eye. In total, up 4 seams (sewing up the last zvnikne result) 1x 2 first mistake Eye 2 Eye mistake 3x 2x 1x mistake behind two recent eye last 12 ok, I only withdrew the remaining threads (not finished by dragging them how to knit properly be withdrawn) . If you leave the thread long enough at ease with her hat and sew together. When the eye properly withdraw will have caps on litter hole, so take care :-) I finally obháčkovala short cap sleeves and created a crocheted application according to instructions Vendulka Maderské - Flower for joy. Detail rim hat and you're done. I'm just an amateur who teaches knit, so my instructions take just as my experience. If you know a better (easier) grove city outlet approach, share it! Čepičkám luck!
